Here we have a 45 foot narrow boat with a steel hull and a timber part sheathed topsides.
The last survey from 2019 gives satisfactory steel thicknesses and conforms the hull bottom had been fully re-plated. Her lister air cooled 2 cylinder diesel engine appears to start readily.
She has a large cruiser stern layout and has been fitted out in a unique manner that is quite charming. As you enter the aft companionway there is storage to port and the engine start controls. To starboard you will find some electrical items and the full size cooker with work top cover.
Edging forward...

This Falcon 23SPC is probably the best example I have seen.
She has been meticulously cared for by her current owner and it I found it impossible to fault this boat.
The are so many upgrades the owner has afforded this boat there are too many to list here and she really does need to be seen to appreciate what this boat offers.
She has had new windows (2026) a new canopy (2026) new upholstery, complete new galley, decking to bathing platform, new fridge, new electric toilet, diesel fired heating to name but a few of the many items added/replaced.
She is powered by a Volvo V6 petrol engine...

This Nauticat 38 Pilothouse is a classic example of the robust Finnish pedigree these boats are known for, offering a solid, comfortable platform for extended cruising in all weathers.
The pilothouse layout gives excellent protection and visibility, making her particularly well suited to Scottish and northern cruising, while still retaining the warm, traditional feel below.
Her long keel and substantial displacement inspire confidence at sea, and the ketch rig provides flexible and easily managed sail options, with a newer suit of sails fitted in 2020 complemented by a full set of olde...

The layout on the this boat model is ideal for long distant blue-water cruising with large forward cabin and en suite heads, plus second shared heads for the two double aft cabins.
The example crossed the Atlantic last year and had many updates and much money spent before the crossing.
It comes complete with all the essential blue-water cruising kit and ideal for somebody to get going fairly quickly without lots of project work before enjoying the Caribbean.
