Description
Mercruiser 120HP Diesel Shetland 6.1 Cruiser, with an excellent 4 wheel trailer. Now 83 I have retired from boating.
1976 Shetland 6.1m (20’ 3”) Fully documented from 2001. D1.7 DTI Alpha 1 Gen 2 outdrive professionally installed 2003. Weight now 1365 kg. With the fitted fine pitch propeller, can do up to 28kn in suitable conditions, or a leisurely 20mpg at 5/6kn. Engine approximately 1050 hours. Can be run on the trailer, utilising garden hose cooling.

Accommodation
There are 2 +2 berths utilising the dinette. A galley. Toilet/storage compartment. There is a small gas heating stove, and literature storage. LED strip light over the dinette. Two 12v power sockets for reading lamps forward. The galley has a portable single burner gas stove, sink and draining board. Fire extinguisher fitted, storage rack, clock, and 12v LED strip light.
Vee cushion included to convert the forward berths to a double. There is a 8.8 Gall fresh water tank installed - not in commission.

Conventional GRP.
Equipment
Fenders, Berthing ropes, anchor/60 ft chain. Automatic, and manual bilge pumps. Serviceable awning and Tourneau cover.
The 3.5ton trailer is in an excellent condition for 2012 age. 48 rollers in 3 articulated cradles. 1.3 ton two speed braked winch. Maximum load 2.5 tons. Only 25 miles since a full certified NTTI service Dec 2024, when all Knott auto reversing brake shoes, and Stainless cables were replaced. Has never been immersed since.
Am able to deliver at cost, to any reasonable destination from NE Lincolnshire.
Navigation Equipment
Binnacle compass, and VHF radio. 2024 chart plotter, and depth sounder, and 4 self inflating lifejackets. Spare Garmin 3d depth plotter/chart plotter, and fish finder. Tri colour navigation light.
Engine(s)
Professionally installed Mercruiser D1.7DTI approximately 1050hours. Starts and runs perfectly without problems. 2023 New starter motor, alternator, and trim tab pump. Fuel injector pump fully serviced by Bosh agent. Engine and outdrive manuals for year of build, and several unused dedicated service tools. Spare new 14x23” coarse pitch propeller. Been on its trailer 24months. It can be started and run with garden hose cooling to the outdrive. The front of the engine cover is quick release, so that the fuel filter can be checked for water. The entire engine cover can be completely dismantled using only 4 bolts, and 2 quick release hinge pins.
