1989 Feeling 1090, sloop rig with Yanmar 3GM30(F) 27hp diesel engine. The Feeling 1090 is an exceptionally spacious boat with a cabin aft, a large saloon, and a forward V-berth. Feeling 1090 was designed by Mortain & Mavrikios and Philippe Harl and built by Kirie (France) in 1989.

Boarding over the side rails or from the sugar scoop you find a well-thought-out yacht.
Wheel steering and binnacle compass with a raised arch helmsman's seat with lazarette storage below, Teak slatted. Crew seating for four in a deep safe cockpit, again this is also teak slatted.
There are self-tailing sheet winches plus double-stacked cheek blocks to bring the kite lines as far aft as possible before coming forward to their own dedicated self-tailing winches. There are multiple lifeline points. Teak grid duckboards and a cockpit table with three tabletop options depending on the numbers sitting / dining.
A large locker built into the coamings and deep into the bilge is to starboard, a shallower version mirrors it to port.
Under the sprayhood on each side of the coach roof, there are three rope clutches and a single halyard per side.

The aft cabin has a large double berth with taller sailors sleeping fore and aft, however shorter people and those wanting to sit up and read can do so across the ship as the lined hull sides make a comfortable backrest.
The main hanging locker has double drawers, cubby holes, and hanging space with the addition of a fixed seat.

The heads have a large wet hanging locker that drains directly into the bilge sump. A basin with pull-out shower H&C water toiletry storage and a sea toilet with a holding tank diverter valve.

Nav Station Chart Table
This unit combines multiple features, to the aft there is the main switch panel with a cupboard crockery and glasses store. There is also a useful cold locker that works by way of a large ice block frozen at home and brought on board. perfect when power management is an issue. This forms the seatback to the forward-facing nav station.

The saloon has a deep L-shaped dinette style to port converts to a double berth, the port side seating has lea cloths for secure sleeping at sea. There is ample under-seat storage and a number of bookshelves. The dining table is fixed over the keel and to the mast with two large lift leaves giving dining for 6 or 3 to 4 with the use of only one side.
Going forward through door to:
Hanging space to port and a locker to starboard, the berth is full width and approximately six feet long. There are long fiddle-edged shelves running the full length of the cabin on both sides. The roof hatch allows lots of light to fill the cabin.
